The MuCell process provides designers of medical devices with parts characteristics not found in conventional injection molding.

Physically foamed plastic parts have a substantially higher dimensional stability and are free of warpage, ideally suited for applications such as internal components of metering and dosing devices, as well as improved fit for the joining of housings.

Reduced resin consumption and shorter molding cycle time lead to reduced part cost of typically 10 to 15%.
