The MuCell Extrusion Technology is a breakthrough process for thermoplastic materials that produces microcellular foams. Based on the use of inexpensive and environmentally friendly physical blowing agents in their supercritical state, the process is implemented through equipment design.  The microscopic cell structure enables companies to obtain numerous product and process benefits that are often not possible with traditional foaming methods.
