Implementing MuCell
Once the customer decides to proceed with the MuCell Process either on a commercial scale of development scale, he will take the following steps:
- Select an extruder to be modified
- Confirm the requirements with Trexel
- Conclude a license and engineering agreement with Trexel
- Purchase a Trexel SCF System, Injector Kit, and MuCell designed screw and barrel
- Undertake MuCell process training and design training
- Prepare for start-up with Trexel
