Implementing MuCell

Once the customer decides to proceed with the MuCell Process either on a commercial scale of development scale, he will take the following steps:

1. Select an extruder to be modified
2. Confirm the requirements with Trexel
3. Conclude a license and engineering agreement with Trexel
4. Purchase a Trexel SCF System, Injector Kit, and MuCell designed screw and barrel
5. Undertake MuCell process training and design training
6. Prepare for start-up with Trexel
